Luetje Scores Big in Miami Win!

The Apex Energy Truck Series presented by Hank Thomas Performance took center stage at Homestead-Miami Speedway for the Driven Bay Life 175, with Jacob Bradley starting from pole position and engaging in early battles with Justin Wilson. A caution on lap 13 for a single-car spin interrupted the action briefly, but Ry Jones seized the lead on lap 32 before another caution ensued. Jeremy Gardner and Jacob Bradley later contended for the lead, with an incident involving Evan Pienta and Jay Leach prompting yet another caution. Nick Luetje emerged as a contender, overtaking Bradley on lap 73 and fending off challenges for the win despite a late green-white-checkered finish. Notably, tire strategy played a crucial role, leading to fluctuations in performance and creating opportunities for both comers and goers throughout the race. With 10 lead changes throughout the race, the Driven Bay Life 175 delivered a captivating showcase of skill and strategy on the Homestead-Miami Speedway track.
